The Beach Palazzo is situated around 20 minutes’ drive from Malindi town and 30 minutes from Malindi Airport. The beach road south of Malindi is unpaved murram.

Self-Catering Accommodation Rates
- Minimum stay – 3 nights; preference is given to stays of 5 nights or more
- Maximum occupancy – 22 guests including children/infants
- Minimum stay over Christmas, New Year – 7 nights.
Standard Season Rates
- $1,750 per night for up to 14 guests
- $2,000 per night for 15-18 guests
- $100 per additional guest per night (19-22 guests)
Easter, July and August Rates
- $2,000 per night for up to 14 guests
- $2,300 per night for 15-18 guests
- $100 per additional guest per night (19-22 guests)
Christmas & New Year (19th Dec – 10th Jan)
- $3,000 per night
Rentals are on a ‘self-catering’ basis including the services of the chefs, team of staff and professional management
Full-board – available for an additional $80 per adult guest and $50 per child guest (up to 12 years) per day
The full-board tariff includes breakfast, lunch, tea, ‘bitings’ and dinner, including soft drinks
These rates, terms and conditions are valid for stays up until 10th January 2027
The owners require all adult guests to sign an indemnity / disclaimer form on arrival
The swimming pool is unfenced and does not have a shallow end for children. Children must be closely supervised around the pool by an adult guest and should never be left unattended in any part of the property at any time.
